Today is my one year anniversary! It made me think back to where I was. Life is better and I'm about 70% improvements.
Well three weeks ago I had my first outing where I met up with my two close friends at a Starbucks with my own mocha ( capomo and cacao, coconut milk, stevia) almond bread ( thanks to Kelly) and apple slices and cinnamon. It was so nice to do what I enjoy to do.
Then one of them and I hit home goods. I couldn't believe I was in the store with my friend shopping spend quality time together like that. We haven't been together normalcy for fourteen months.
I have so much more strength now.
