Astoria - hang in there! You have found the right place. Read all that you can, listen to calls, participate in any group calls you can. These folks care, understand and are with you. You are not alone!
Yes, I am still on protocol - in month 6. Again, sorry for not posting/updating, just life has been crazier than normal.
I am in the "slow and steady" phase as Peter so calmly prepares us for. I am happy to report that while I don't feel like I'm 100% better, my affect on others is MUCH better now. And from where I started, that feels miraculous.
So I continue on, hoping that I will join the others in someday saying 100%.
Thanks to all on here, even though I don't contribute as much as I would like, I continue to read, and everyone's stories inspire us and keep hope alive. I hope to post again soon. But for now - God Bless you all - and sending love!!
