Adrienne, In your questions all the answers exist already. There is such metabolic specificity/individuality to each case that it is not advisable to adopt a one size fits all scenario like "all fats bad" or "all fats good." Ultimately, your body's response to each fat will determine applicability to you and your recovery. I might add in the fat category that you may wish to experiment with a clean Emu oil if you have not tried it already. I recently did an interview with Will Schlinsog at the Weston A. Price Foundation event and you can listen/watch the interview here: https://rumble.com/v70onsq-jonathan-emord-free-speech-fda-tyranny-mike-broadwell-rich-nuts-sarah-patte.html?e9s=src_v1_cbl%2Csrc_v1_ucp_a with additional links here: https://robertscottbell.com/jonathan-emord-free-speech-fda-tyranny-weston-a-price-conference-mike-broadwell-solaragem-rich-nuts-sprouted-revolution-sarah-patterson-biodynamic-vision-dr-will-schlinsog-emu-oil-and-more/ Remember, both silver and copper have powerful antifungal properties for both local/topical and systemic use (see Sovereign Silver or Argentyn 23 (and gels) and Sovereign Copper and Sovereign Copper Pro). Hello everyone, I have found this is true for me with castor oil and Vaseline, which usually works great, but tea tree oil and coconut oil help and do not make it worse. Hope this helps! Above all, love each other deeply. –1 Peter 4:8 Emily

The question I was asking Dr. Bell last Saturday was about Malassezia yeast feeding on lipids. I have read in many places that this type of yeast is more likely to be the cause of skin issues vs a sugar fed yeast and if Malassezia is suspected, which it is, then fats should be avoided both topically and internally. I get that everyone is different, but I feel pretty confident that this applies to me. - If this is true, are we talking about all fats or only unhealthy fats? - If fats such as coconut oil are anti fungal, is this included in fats to avoid or not? -- by the way, I have noticed that if I eat too much coconut oil I break out in fungal acne, so I guess that somewhat answers my question. -- I read that the yeast eats it from your blood stream, so can I use this topically but not internally? -What about using a skin oil with tea tree and other anti-fungal properties? Does that offset the fat? All of my skin products are made from natural plant oils or tallow. If I am to avoid topical fats, what types of natural lotions I should use or avoid? Aloe is a good one, but what else? Thank you <3 Adrienne
