I have not posted for a while nor have I been on the conference calls, as my work schedule has change and I now work weekends till 3 pm EDT.
I will however drop in a little late to say hello to everyone. I listen to the calls I miss and enjoy hearing the wonderful voices of you all.
I am moving ahead slowly but surely, my biggest challenge is my Diet.

I was with my grandson because he lost his other grandma.
I'm doing a little better and getting more rest along with drinking more water. The diet is getting better as well.
I'll be starting Mel's Protocol real soon.
I plan on joining the BYOQ tomorrow.
