Hello Everyone and Welcome,
We were able to keep the fast pace at last Friday night's BYOQ which allowed us to ask and answer many questions.
Saturday, we were happy to have a special guest show up, our very own Peter who did an extensive segment on sugars, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. We then had a little time to continue with BYOQ.
Last Saturday's conference call is a must listen. Thank You Peter!

This Friday we will continue with the BYOQ (bring your own questions) format.
Saturday we will discuss a subject recently brought to my attention, isopropyl alcohol. We will then continue with our BYOQ format as time allows.
