Let me first direct you to our FAQ's which I might suggest that you print out where you will find the answer to your first two questions.
Sleep is one of the most important parts of the sum of the parts, and I might add that putting "the sum of the parts" in the search engine is a good idea. Lastly, for today, if you are willing to read here, you will find all the answers.
