So I hear on Monday there was a Lunar Eclipse (Blood Moon) as well as a meteor shower..... I have to say not only was I not aware, but I also didn't feel anything out of the ordinary during this time. I can't say how happy I am....
I know I'm on the road to recovery and eventually will be 100% well.
The hardest part is in the waiting.....
If any of you are having a hard time and are feeling defeated,
know that you WILL get better. It just takes time.
Follow the sum of the parts and make sure to invest in coaching.
I've only been on the protocol for a little over a year and am in a much better place than the beginning. If this can happen for me it can happen for you too.
