Hello All , Hope everyone is doing well , praying for recovery for everyone suffering with this disease , I happened to find a video today on a subject that everyone would be interested in , I would think so anyway , after all we need to address all aspects of are health as we recover from MD . On the Call Saturday wit Mel on Coffee Tea with me confetti call , it was discussed how Apple Cider Vinegar is very good at breaking down the biofilm which I had forgotten about, I had some in the refrigerator so I started taking it again , well recently I found out I had som calcium deposits , bone spurs and calcification in my neck , I happened across this video with a chiropractor, he does a lot of videos on YouTube which I think are helpful and informative , so I listen sometimes , I don't know who might be interested in this information, I think everyone would be interested in optimal health in every area of their body but I found this very helpful , he gives a two other products that have good results for getting rid of bone spurs and calcification in soft tissue , I would suggest talking with Mel first and make sure it's good for you to do , I'm running this by him first as well , to get his opinion on it .. I just wanted to share this video with anyone who may be dealing with any of these issues as well , I've sent the link to Mel for him to watch before this is posted , I hope it helps and I hope all of the community ate doing well .. Hey folks I thought it would be interesting for everyone to have a deeper understanding of the history of apple cider vinegar, so as to see more clearly why Mel advocates for it in your dietary consideration. Hippocrates (the father of medicine) treated his patients with it in 400 BC. ACV is traced to Egyptian urns back to 3000 BC. The Babylonians used it as a condiment and preservative, while Julius Ceasar's army used ACV tonic to fight off disease on their military campaigns. The Greeks regularly kept ACV vessels for healing and flavoring. It was used in biblical societies as a common healing agent and is mentioned in the Bible. In Paris, during the middle ages, it was sold from barrels by street vendors as a body deodorant and skin tonic. Even Christopher Columbus on his 1492 voyage to discover America had ACV vinegar barrels for prevention of scurvy, as did Captain James Cook on his ships to the south seas. It was regularly used to disinfect and heal the wounds of civil war soldiers. For centuries in Japan, the feared Samurai warriors drank it for power before battle. The Chinese call it "the friend" because they have used it for centuries to process herbal medicines. So there you have it. Broad and powerful historical references that attest to the use of ACV across countless cultures for treating disease and for strengthening resistance to afflictions of all kinds.
