Hi Mel! What a wonderful gathering we had Saturday! Thank you again for inviting me and for the incredibly warm welcome from you and everyone in the group. Good morning everyone, Wanted to check in as it's been a while. I went off the protocol for about 4-5 months to try and save some $ and thought I might be OK without it and definitely discovered I was not. I've been back on it for a couple months now and definitely feeling better again. Things with my body started suffering- ended up with some stomach issues landing me in the hospital. I don't know if it's related but I don't want to chance it again. Not sure if this is where I should be posting this but wanted to check in as this website and all who are on it literally saved me. Anyways you are all on my heart and praying for you all-Tina "Turner" :) | ||||||
