Donna M ,s advice is just what I would have given you.
It is frightening I know. They can,t hurt you or anyone....but the fear can. They are just bits of rubbish that seem to cover everything at first....but as you get well they lessen and eventually you hardly notice them.
Vaccuum the floors and wipe the surfaces with whitevinegar, Kleen green or essential oils such as lemon, or clove.
We had them all over the floors and black kitchen ware such as pans and microwave ....and yet at that time I scarcely went into the kitchen or even left my bedroom yet the hall carpets were covered in them as I was shedding them into the air.
Each time my door was opened they drifted out.
You can use a diffuser with essential oils and this will help clean toxins from the air....or get an air purifier.
If they are on hard surfaces such as laptop screen etc then use isoprophyl rubbing alchohol to wipe them off. Theyare just the die off from th bacteria.
They cannot infect anyone even if ingested!
It will all pass in time as you get well.
Tell yourself..." They are nothing and cannot harm me". Don,t be afraid....they are not worth all your fear and wasted energy.
Fear hampers wellness. God Bless.
