Hi Peter and Cheryl, Thanks Peter for sharing the poem. I had never heard that before. It is interesting how song lyrics can make us think of poems and other verses that correspond or are similar to them. I enjoyed reading it. Thanks to you also Cheryl for sharing the verses where the song writers must have gotten their inspiration from for the song. I appreciate the reminder because I have been meaning to go over this verse with my children in the morning before they go out into their day. A pastor I heard before spoke of how he would go over this verse with his children on the way to dropping them off for school. We all need to be prepared and put on the full Armour of GOD each day. Hi Dale, Thank you for sharing this inspiring song. What amazing lyrics! Absolutely motivating. It's wonderful how the song goes with the verses below from Ephesians.
