Hi all,

When I first had symptoms back in 2019, a big part of my journey was finding spirituality. Part of that path was Astrology. I have studied and practiced since then, coming up to 6 years, in the Hellenistic tradition, and have given talks on Chiron and the Fixed stars.

I would like to offer natal readings to people in this community. A natal reading is an analysis of your birth chart, derived from your birth date, location and time that can give insights into who you are, why you are here, and through timing techniques can give you an insight into activations of potentiality in specific areas of your life. I have been studying my own chart in relation to Lyme.M and have a working theory in relation to astrological analysis that would also benefit from looking at more charts.

If interested, I ask that you either purchase a coaching call/s with Mel, and get so much wisdom and information on this journey, and/or make a donation that you are able to, to the He Cures All Foundation, and help others also get the support we need.

The why:

The Holy Bible has a number of passages that has me conflicted on practicising Astrology. There are a few passages that have helped to shape my understanding on how Astrology may be used, if at all.

Genesis 1:14
And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons,[a] and for days and years,

Psalm 147:4
He determines the number of the stars;
he gives to all of them their names.

Luke 21:25
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,

Revelations 1:12
And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

The Magi mapped the stars to lead them to the birthplace of our Lord Jesus.

De iudiciis astrorum (lit.?'On the judgement of stars')
St. Thomas Aquinas in letters

"...making recourse to the stars is not an evil if such inquiry is circumscribed to the physical aspects of nature, as farmers keep celestial bodies in mind when choosing the adequate time to perform specific works, sailors do the same in order to choose the days in which they shall sail, and doctors keep them in mind when treating their patients"

"But one thing must be absolutely certain, namely, that the human will is not subject to the necessity of the stars. If this were so, free will would disappear, and without it we could not attribute merit to good deeds or fault to bad deeds. And so every Christian must hold quite firmly that the things that depend on the human will-that is, all human operations-are not subject to the necessity of the stars."

"...for nothing prevents man resisting his passions by his free-will. Wherefore the astrologers themselves are wont to say that "the wise man is stronger than the stars" [Ptolemy, Centiloquium, prop. 5], forasmuch as, to wit, he conquers his passions."

I believe Astrology can be for good, as St. Thomas wrote, "doctors keep them in mind when treating their patients".

Love and Gratitude,

God Bless,

Timothy
