Dear Lilly,

How are you doing now?

I'm really glad that you are managing to work out more and also stay off the sugar. Oh the sugar is so so important to avoid !!!! So good you're getting in much more salad and veggies also!! I myself munch cucumber sticks all the time, I'm like a big Scottish rabbit!!!! :-). And so good also that you found a suitable alternative to coffee :-).

It just takes a wee while to acclimatise to the new way of eating, drinking and living! Absolutely it takes dedication and willpower, but in time it will become second nature to you.

Thanks for letting people know that the CBD oil does not affect you negatively in any way and only helps that's great. It may help other people who are a bit wary regards it to try it.

Well keep on keeping on as Mel would say. And let us all know how your managing!

God bless,
Chrissie

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for all the kind words!

I just can't believe we all have to endure this it's so hard but we are really fighters and hearing how so many people have got better does give me hope.

I've been trying to work out more and eat salads and veggies I'm not going to lie to you all it has been hard to completely cut out sugar but I'm getting more disciplined.

Coffee has been hard as well..but I think I found an alternative as well. It's called matcha I'm pretty sure many of you have heard of it I'm not sure if it's okay to take but it's pretty much green tea so I'm sure it's not that bad right? Lol How I make it is I use almond milk and I have this mixer and I use stevia to sweeten it a bit. I warm it up in the microwave hope that helps anyone looking for a coffee alternative.

I know a lady on the call mentioned that she was struggling with giving up coffee and looking for an alternative so I thought I would mention that.

Also to anyone afraid of taking CBD oil do not be afraid it will not get you high at all. I'm one of those people who have a bad reaction to marijuana I know it's different for everyone. I've just never been able to use it in a healthy way it has always made me feel crazy and paranoid. So I honestly believe I'm that small percentage of people who are allergic to the THC in it. So I said that to say that pretty much CBD has no negative reactions for me. So if anyone was hesitant to try it I would say go for it.
