Hi Everybody,
There has been a change in the way the winners will be chosen for this weekend's twofer giveaway. Mel came up with a fun idea, which will allow everyone to be involved with choosing the winners. Everyone who attends the calls Saturday and Sunday will have a chance to vote on their favorite entry each day.
The people who have submitted a subheading explanation will have the opportunity to read theirs out loud. This will give everyone present the opportunity to hear all of them before voting.
The entries will then be read a second time, and each person will hit *5 when they hear their favorite one being read. (If you don't hear a voice saying, "Hand raised" a second after you hit *5, you must hit it again.)
The people who receive the most *5's each day will be the winners.
If you haven't entered the contest yet, the good news is that the deadline to submit an entry has been extended. Now entries must be submitted by:
9:00 p.m. Pacific
10:00 p.m. Mountain
11:00 p.m. Central
12:00 a.m. Eastern
I am looking forward to hearing all of the entries. I am also looking forward to seeing who wins these great prizes, and gets their explanations added to the subtitles.
