That's great that you are getting all the knowledge and understanding you can from Mel and from this fantastic site. It's the best site hands down on the web regards toxic disease.
As the Mel man says, " Knowledge is Power," so keep reading my friend:-).
It would be lovely if you could come to Sunday Prayer and we could all get to know you better and hear your voice. It's not recorded so its a safe space to share and for communion and fellowship.
