Hi Kashaunda, I do use a binder to bind with toxins, especially when I'm detoxing. I feel they do help. Currently I'm on an elimination diet and was having real bad headaches from taking biocidin to kill viruses/bacteria/mold blah blah. When my head aches OR twice a week, I take a scoop full. This thing lasts for me since I don't take it everyday. Other than that I take liposomal Glutathione and liposomal Vit C when needed. Hello everyone, Here's my post, GOD is good, I'm feeling g better than I did a month ago. I'm not fully there but I feel that I'm on my way, slowing down to be more intentional about my life as a whole , thank you Mel! When I feel the need I replay your voice and some of out conversations in my head , it always helps. I'm so happy for those who have regained their health and life back, and I guess that I'm gonna be there soon right beside you . Glory that we keep GOD first and continue to push towards total restoration!
