I AM OUT TODAY I RENTED A SNOWMOBILE
Hello Everyone,

Unfortunately the snow has continued which did not allow me to leave my Apartment.I had a chance to catch up on website business, including the new SUM OF THE PARTS sub heading.

Being stuck in the apt.which also allowed me to get some extra coaching hours in!

On a lighter note I also rearranged all the large plants in my apartment wearing my weight lifting belt and am happy too announce NO PAIN!

This Friday January 29th. weather permitting, I will only be available between 6AM PST till 9AM PST and back again between 3:30PM Till 4:30PM PST.

Thanks for your understanding have a good day.
God bless,
Mel
