Elle 11/27/2017 7:17:37 PM | Thank you Chrissie, I am very grateful for this site and all of the information available. I have been at a loss to learn about MD and some symptoms are mystifying. I am reading FAQS and old posts in the hope that I can glean helpful new facts. I am thankful for Mel's protocol and look forward to getting better. |
Chrissie 11/22/2017 8:10:54 AM edit upload | Hello Elle, Sorry you have MD too, but it's very good to hear you are able to go on the protocol which is great! It us full of wonderful things to nourish your body and help it gain it's strength back. As you say there is a wealth of information here and people walking the same path as you, with the same illness. And people who have already walked this path and can help you along the way too. Hang in there and know you are not alone in this! God bless you, Chrissie |
Elle 11/18/2017 9:13:39 AM edit upload | Many thanks for your kind responses, they are encouraging and much appreciated. I think it's been about 18 months but most likely longer, don't really know. I have been through the gamut of treatments and some are effective, some not so much. I take Ivermectin every few days but it's scary to not have information on administration. Also, I am taking grapefruit seed extract and also use essential oils on my skin. I've not seen a doctor because they seem peculiarly ignorant in this matter. The reason I decided to go with Mel's protocol is that it seems to work for a lot of people. Other than this site, there is no meaningful, accurate information out there. I really am thankful to at least have a plan and don't feel so at sea. I am lucky to have a decent job and a supportive partner and am generally an upbeat, glass is half full person. I have recovered from the initial shock and despair and just do what I can. I have recovered from neurological problems like being unable to tap my feet and falling over, weakness in hands and brain fog, so I am better and will follow Mel's protocol and pray for healing for all who suffer with this infliction. Thanks again, it's heartwarming to be among friends. |
