Dear Brian, Welcome back to this community--you have come to the right place! I hope by now you have spoken several times with Mel. I hope to meet you on one of the conference calls. Sip fresh lemon juice mixed with water all day long--this will help stop the biting and crawling sensations. It's excellent that you are back on the protocol. I had no one to talk to about this disease, either, except my poor bewildered husband, until I became part of this wonderful group. We all help each other, and Mel is an invaluable source of knowledge. He does all that he can to ensure each and every one of us gets well. Have faith, and patience...beating this disease takes time, but you will surely get there. I am in my 10th month, and feeling a world of improvement in my health. You have to be disciplined in following the no-sugar, low-carb diet, and sticking to the protocol. Prepare to fight, and win this battle! love, Maria | ||||||
