1/31/2018 7:13:05 AM | Dear Auntie Laura :-) Thanks for your thoughtful and informative reply:-) Oh yes it's sooo good to know that the protocol is fighting this! Hence the herxheimer reactions! So... more sores, cuts, inflammation, arthritic like pain, and extreme waves of tiredness are happening. It's so strange, it's like sleepy sickness one minute I'm fine, the next minute I'm sound asleep, just conked out.... Big Zzzzzzzzz's! The body trying its best to heal. Another good thing is since I started the wps a few days ago it is definitely helping to dry up the sores, more come out and then I feel the tightened skin as the wps starts to fight the pathogens. In my stomach too I can feel the wps working,my tummy flutters the wps trying to clean things up! And I'm only on half a drop twice a day as yet.. Powerful stuff though. Slow and steady. Listening to the body and working with it. We have an army now to fight the pathogens with, it is a battle... But, each of us has the support here of other people who have won their own battles or others who are also battling through. So that is very reassuring!!! Vanessa! I'm happy you came across vashti banyan because I think she has the voice of an angel and it's very soothing to listen to her. Have you also tried to listen to Eunaudi, he's an Italian piano composer and his music too, is soo soothing. I lost music more or less for a long time and I know it's very important for me to connect with it again. Or yann tiersen piano music is lovely too, the, 'amelie' soundtrack is delightful. Or nick drake on his guitar with his gentle voice, 'way to blue,' is soo beautiful. First time I heard this song in a music shop I started to cry because it was so beautiful, just gentle tears at the sad beauty of it! Or sandy Denny, 'where does the time go,' is one of my favourite songs in the world. Have you heard, Kate Rusby? She has a song, 'who will sing me a lullaby,' oh it's so beautiful, it's made me cry too :-). Natalie Merchant also has a gentle, lovely voice. And there are two sisters who sing called, The Unthanks.. They sing in their own Northern accent, very old fashioned, I love it. Sometimes when I'm down I put the music up and I sing out loud myself. And then, despite this disease and the difficulties I have faced.. I feel in those moments that I am connecting with myself again. .. No matter what is going on with my body. Sometimes, just sometimes, our spirits still need to soar! Even just for a little while! And then.. We can face better the day to day Battle on the ground :-) Chrissie |
