i'd not take the rispiridone
It is an anti psychotic and used for bi polar problems.
You are simply suffering from the awful symptoms from Lyme and co infections /morgellons which include brain fog. etc etc.
Brain fog is not psychosis.
Doxy only seems to cure lyme if given within 6 weeks of the tick or mite bite bite.
But this is just my opinion.
It seems your best hope of healing is through the alternative therapies, the protocol and diet.
