Morgellons - No family support when treating me or my son what am I to do?

My son is 8 years old and him and I both have this it's been going on since we moved to our new house.

I have no support from my family or his father. We're separated.

I don't know what to do as far as treatment goes.

His doctor tried scamming me telling me that they would do a skin scraping at the ER. Send me and him right there in the ambulance and then she tried to 302 me. After this incident occurred the hospital did not keep me, not even for 72 hours my mental health evaluation release me right away.

So now I don't know where to turn, he needs help and so do I!

Hi Dawn,

I am very sorry to hear that you and your son both have this disease and that you have been treated so badly by the medical community.

You have found a website where there are people who truly want to see your son and you overcome this disease and get well.

I hope that you have spoken with Mel and searched to find some posts made by people with children as Deanna suggested. Doing those things will help encourage you.

It is always good to hear you on the Saturday conference calls and Sunday prayer and fellowship calls, so please continue coming to those as often as you can.

If that was your little boy saying amen at the prayer call a few weeks ago, he sounded very precious and I hope we might get to hear his amens again.

God bless you both.

Joshua 1:9 (NIV)

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Cheryl

Dear Dawn,

I am deeply sorry that the medical profession treated you and your son so badly. It is an absolute disgrace and only adds to your distress and stress. It's bad enough having this disease without having to put up with their ignorance as well.

Unfortunately many people who have this illness have no family support and have to deal with it alone.

However, this is a great community and we will all do our best to answer any questions you have and support you in this difficult journey. It is imperative that people are not alone when suffering this disease and that they get the information they need to help them to recover.

Are you both on the protocol and following the low carb, no sugar diet?

It must have been your little boy I heard say, 'amen,' several times during the other weeks prayer call? That was so sweet and he made me laugh :-)

Hang in there Dawn,
You are not alone,

God bless,

Chrissie
