I’ve heard you talk about the net carb calculations on a conference call but, at the time I was having a lot of brain fog.

I will try the search engine and find a thread .

Thanks so much for responding I know you have very limited time. And thanks for the suggestions.

I do believe you posted cauliflower rice as an alternative.

Perhaps this small amount of carbs had a cumulative effect?
