I am so deeply sorry about the passing of your beloved husband.
When Mel asked me to call you several weeks ago, I just knew it was important that I check in on you daily because of the difficult circumstances. First, you had to leave Terry alone at the hospital. Then, you had to bring him home to hospice. I’m really glad that you were able to hold him in your arms in his final days. I know how important that was to you.
I also feel very fortunate that I have been able to get to know you better through it all. You are the sweetest woman, and I truly admire the devotion and love you have for Terry. It’s exactly how marriage should be.
If you need anything, I am just a phone call away. It comforts me to know that God is constantly by your side and that He is now holding your dear husband in his safe and peaceful arms.
