Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. It has been a very busy week.
The Parabolish is designed to be used as an occasional parasite cleanse, but in case where parasitic infection is either diagnosed or assumed, it might even be advisable to do two cleanses within a 30 day period in light of the normal life cycle of the pathogens being targeted.
As far as when to take the Parabolish, you might want to separate it from the MMS doses by an hour or so, but other than that, whatever fits into your schedule.
