11/7/2016 9:00:06 PM | UPDATE: Thinking that the lemon water was having the greater influence on raising pH, I decided to eliminate it for two day to see if that was so. The first "morning after" the pH of the first morning void was 6.25. Now remember the average on lemon water had been 6.75 for several days. The second "morning after" reading was 5.75. That's a 10 fold increase in acidity from 6.75!
Adding the two quarts of lemon water back the pH climbed back to 6.25 on the first day and 6.50 on the second. While certainly not scientifically proven, it was enough for me to guess that the lemon water was the major source of pH improvement for me.
Next I added the Apple Cider Vinegar back to the salad dressing mix for evening greens. The next morning's pH was slightly lowered to 6.25 and so I plan on keeping the vinegar out of my evening salads, however I have added back the seeds and nuts (protein sources) to the evening greens.
LIFE OPENS UP WHEN YOU DO:
“When I walk into a room, I know that everyone in it loves me. I just don’t expect them to realize it yet.” ~ Byron Katie Love this! I like to take this practice to the streets, and imagine that, if life were a game, everybody is my team-mate. Not only does my body-language change from defensive to relaxed as I take the focus off myself, but I become a lot more fascinated with everything that is going on around me. As one of my favorite Coca-Cola ads says: “Life opens up when you do.” Love, Dave
