I'm so glad you enjoyed groovin' to the Young Rascals!
There were so many songs in the 60s that were just fun to listen to, like The Archies' Sugar Sugar, The Monkees' I'm a Believer, Herman's Hermits' Leaning on the Lamp Post.
You are right. Positive music does help us relax and it brings joy to our healing journey.
You are so smart to have been listening to past conference calls and reading journeys and the forum. Drawing from the wisdom of Mel and John through coaching and emails is great too. Anyone can learn so much!
I'm also glad that you enjoyed the Sunday prayer meeting. It is great to join together in prayer and give thanks to and honor God.
It's also really nice to be able to talk to each other in fellowship after prayer.
