Dear Friends I have three prayer requests this week. Please can you pray for Mickys beloved great grandchildren Ronnie who is only one and Makenna who is only three months old. Both babies were born deaf, wee souls!! :-(. Last week they were both fitted with hearing aids. Good news is baby Makenna her hearing aid is working woop woop!!!! Can you pray that it will continue to work! Sadly Ronnie's hearing aid did not work and prayers are now needed for Ronnie. A cochlear implant may be the next step forward. Can you pray that there will be a solution for baby Ronnie! Can you also pray for Neil's beloved father Ron who has been diagnosed with AML Leukaemia. He is a lovely father and grandfather and a lovely person, very creative, a painter. He got his first dose of strong chemo recently and is getting further chemo treatment. The doctors say they cannot make it go away, but hope to keep it from getting any worse for as long as they can. Can you please pray that Ron will have a good a happy healthy life as long as possible! Thanks for all your kind prayers, Love Chrissie | |||

Dear all, I want to thank everyone who has been praying for baby Ronnie and baby Makenna and also for Ron. I was very touched by the loving response and heartfelt messages from this caring group, thanks soo very much. I was particularly touched by Lauren writing in. I was thinking of Jachin and Lauren and praying for them this week and we emailed. I was going to send a prayer request next week but you know, no time like the present you lovely prayer warriors!!! :-). So, Jachin and Lauren are a lovely vibrant, strong, loving couple. But dear Jachin is fighting stage four bowel cancer. Lauren said the oncologist said its, 'good,' at present as it hasn't worsened. And that is good, but we want it to get smaller and smaller and to GO AWAY COMPLETELY. So please can you pray for healing for Jachin. Lauren herself has been hospitalised this last year twice with pancreatitis, which is unbelievably painful. On top of poor Jachin being unwell too. Can you pray for her that her pancreas will heal and no pain. On top of all this the couple are caring for their 17 year old dog Brewtus who has a heart condition and a stray cat!!! Dear Chrissie, Have been taking your prayer requests before the Lord and will keep doing so until we hear good news. My heart goes out to the parents. Happy for McKenna and praying for Ronnie! Also will be lifting Ron up to the Lord, God knows best, asking His will to be done and to send comfort and love to Ron and the family!! Love you sweet Chrissie!
