Hi everyone,

I cannot attend the prayer meeting tomorrow because I will be attending a healing mass at church, but I would like to ask for prayers for an upcoming interview for a remote (work-from-home) position.

It's going to be a tough interview to crack and I keep telling myself that I won't get the job, but here's a testimonial from me: The last job I got in May 2018 (that I recently resigned from), I didn't expect an offer from the company after my interview because 1 portion of the interview went super bad. I remember the interview being on a Thu. I went home thinking, "ok Lord, I know I totally messed up my interview and I'm fine with not getting this job".

However, God had different plans for me. Come Monday at 8.45 am (yes I even remember the time), I got a call from this company making me an offer. It wasn't just the offer that took me by surprise, but the salary was also really high....something that I never thought I was capable of making.

I'm not sure what lesson God wanted to teach me while giving me this job, because from day 1, I was extremely stressed and anxious. I worked there for just over 7 months before leaving. I'm sure God's plan will slowly but surely unfold. I will definitely write here and let everyone know when that happens :)

So....while I feel like I won't make it through my upcoming "very tough" interview......God can definitely change the outcome in my favor or not in my favor. Whatever, happens I think I'll be fine with it.

However, I would really appreciate the prayers.

I also need prayers for healing. I've not been doing well health wise....which is one reason I left my job. It really isn't worth it if you don't have health.

Love to all in this group. I know each of us is struggling with our own burdens, but knowing that we have each other to lean on.....specially Mel, gives us the spirit and courage to put one foot in front of the other and keep walking toward the light of health, joy and success.

Thanks Mel for everything that you do. To all in this group/forum....always remember that Mel has been there for each of us and that we should also support him.

Hugs and love
Vanessa
