is so hard to lose a pet you love in any circumstance, but it is heartbreaking for Chrissie because of the incredible bond she has with Holly.
Keep them in your prayers and ask God to send love and comfort.

My heart is with you Crissy.
Dogs become part of the family and when we lose them it is painful. I lost 2 labs at 14 yo and cried and cried. I don't have a dog now. I still miss them - Comet and Max.
I feel your pain but there comes a time when its best for the animal to put them down - one of the hardest decisions we have to make.
May God give you His peace that passes all understanding.
Holly is blessed that she lived with someone that loved her and cared for her.
