Dear All, Please join me in sending Loving Prayers to our dear community member Joyce who has very recently lost her mother Mercy. Joyce has been nursing Mercy for years and years,she sadly had Dementia. It has been a difficult journey in every way for Poor Joyce who just fought on and on for her mum. At the last count Mercy was 106 and had Dementia a long time. Well on top of that, Joyce has her own health issues too and she isn't a young thing anymore herself. You know Joyce just did the right thing for her mum. As she did for the Rescue Dogs she took in also. Oh did I tell you that Joyce has a Big Heart. And she absolutely Adores Animals, especially her beloved Dogs and bends over backwards to help them too. Joyce was the first dear friend I ever made in this Community. She welcomed me in with a Joke or Three and even though I was really unwell had me Laughing Heartily within minutes!!! Well, the first thing people notice is her Tremendous sense of Humour. The second is her Strength. She is one Determined, Strong Woman and absolutely funny with it!! And she speaks the Truth in a deeply Genuine way too. I remember being in the Hospital waiting for my first of two enema's the night before my Fourth major Operation. It was my second op that year for Stage Four of a serious condition. Well I'm in Scotland, who did I call to cheer me up? You Guessed it Joyce! Well here I was on Skype, in a ward trying to stifle my Laughter as people looked over at the Crazy Laughing Lady in the Corner!! Only Joyce could have done that for me! When Mel says, "Laughter is the best medicine he isn't wrong." She's Gutsy and Funny and Cares about people. Please everyone Pray for her now. I talked to Joyce briefly today and she sounds so fragile. Its been tough. She recently broke her hip and needed an emergency operation. Before that she lost one of her beloved dogs who she absolutely adored to Cancer. And now she's dealing with the loss of Mercy. So please send her all your Prayers and Healing Wishes. She absolutely needs them just now. She's Strong, Yes! But even the Strong People need Help from God and from others to Hold Them Up in difficult times. Thinking of You Joyce! Hi All, Mel and I talked at 5.30 am his time( not my time thank goodness!!!) this morning. Well, we decided to dedicate this Sunday Prayer Call to Joyce as well as celebrate Easter Sunday. Please can everyone who can come to Prayer and say a Little or a Big Prayer for Joyce, come along. She has been through a tremendous amount. She nursed her mother Mercy for years and years and now has lost her. On top of lots of other losses and stresses in her life too. I have never heard her voice sound so fragile. She needs your Lovely Prayers. Let's come together as a community this Sunday in Worship, Fellowship and also in Support of Joyce. God Bless Everyone and a Happy Peaceful Easter, Chrissie | ||||||

Hello Joyce, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, I know how painful that can be to have someone in your life as long as you can remember and suddenly, they are gone. You have my sincere condolences. there is no doubt you were a good daughter to your mom and you dedicated your life to care for her until the very end. I'm sure if you could hear our heavenly father's voice you would hear him say in a soft tone "Well done, Joyce", Besides losing your mom , you are also dealing with health issues My prayer for you is that the father of tender mercies and God of all give you comfort.". We can all look forward to a future fulfillment, when Isaiah 33;24 takes place. No resident will say: "I am sick"' There will be a spiritual and physical healing of the world.
