Hi Folks
I want to let everyone know that Mel is very sick today. After a trip to the DMV, it appears that Mel has most likely run into the latest mutation of Covid variant JN1, which arrived in early December. The primary symptoms of this new strain are severe nasal congestion (runny nose), and severe fatigue with flu like overall body aches. It can include severe headache as well. And so I have suggested that he take Quercetin together with vitamin C. And that he fast, hydrate, and SLEEP.
So it is probably best that you withhold from calling him for today and maybe tomorrow so that he can get the rest needed to get well. Please keep him in your prayers today as well. Hope this finds all of you faring well in the midst of this new Covid challenge.
