It took me a little researching to determine who, what and when you had ordered.
I found your order from September 20th which consisted of 1 Candida Rid and 1 Monolaurin. I sent two emails requesting shipping rate approval and did not receive a response and after two weeks I deleted your order from our system which is my normal procedure.
I have no record of an order from you for a Morgellons Support Kit or A Morgellons Support Kit Extension. Was this a second order?
I will need for you to place a new order for the products you want and to securely transmit credit card data, which is wiped from our system when I deleted your previous order.
If you order the Morgellons Support Kit shipping is $33.95 - $8.95 (free ship credit-Holiday Savings) = $25.00 via Priority Mail International Flat Rate Padded Envelope. This same rate will apply if you order both the Morgellons Support Kit and the Morgellons Support Kit Extension. Please Note: these two kits are all that will fit in the flat rate envelope and only one extra item will change the shipping to $69.95.
Shipping for just the 1 Candida Rid and 1 Monolaurin via 1st Class Mail is $19.56. This order does not qualify for free ship credit.
