Hello All , I hope all is well with Everyone, I just wanted to make a short update on how it's going with my Therapy, I finished one session of physical therapy a month or so ago and my Dr. Has prescribed a second session at a different place, supposedly more advanced than the first one so I'll be starting that next week. I've also been going to the RecPlex two to three times a week to work out and strengthen my bones and muscles , I'm really loving it and beginning to feel stronger all the time , but all that is keeping me very busy , which is a good thing .. I'm feeling stronger now and very hopeful I will be able to live a full life even with these challenges currently facing .. I've already lost six pounds since I started the workouts and I'm so happy about that .. I'm just feeling more optimistic all the way around .. I Thank My Heavenly Father for that., he is helping me see things from a better perspective, the challenges we all face daily are beyond description already and the additional challenges sometimes can be exhausting but as we give thanks to God for what we do have and pray, lives others and serve the best we can it does help to get us through. Always try to stay optimistic no matter what we face and embrace the sometimes tiny achievements we can give thanks , at least we are moving forward no matter how small the improvement may be .. it takes a lot of faith, strength and courage to look this disease and other challenges in our lives in the eye and say I will RECOVER ! So be sure to give yourself credit for all the goo improvements you have made in your life as you go through this , and be sure to enjoy the victories you achieve and give God Thanks for standing with you through it all and you will make it . ] You will be well again and when it's all said and done you will have learned through this process just how precious life and family really are ... So a big Thank You Mel and to all who have helped us in this journey .. we couldn't do it without you!!! Blessings to Everyone today .. Regards Linda

Hello Brian, Thank you for your kind comment, I went through all those feelings to , and I must say it was a difficult time, but as I took a look at my perspective and I was reading the word, I just got a ah-ha moment and realized I was kinda defeating my purpose in all the efforts I was making to get well, it's certainly a challenge on its own to say the least and I'm so thankful that I can reach to the Lord for strength and encouragement, He's there for us and man he's so good to us, it's still a challenge but it's getting easier as I roll my cares onto the Lord and remember he cares for me, as I continued to do that and just started to give him thanks and praise him for who he is , it became so much easier and the burden a bit lighter, my focus changed from the up hill climb to one day at a time, it truly did help. I wish you and everyone on this platform struggling with this disease, speedy recovery, an easy in your circumstances and insight into what works, hopefully finding with that some peace and enjoyment in everyday living. Blessings to you Brian and to Everyone!

Linda! I'm glad to hear you're seeing some improvements. I agree with everything you said, we should always be grateful and thank God - even for the "small" things. He is with us and will see us through. We are promised victory! I've struggled a lot these last three years - sometimes felt abandoned and even started to believe that God might not come through....but that was all a lie. His promises never return void. There's a purpose for all of this and maybe one day we'll understand. Brian
