Raymond 1/3/2013 8:04:29 AM	I have used pure oil of oregano in a 00 gelatin capsule. Don't exactly remember the brand. 1ml fills it up. Instructions on bottle recomend 1ml to 3ml a day. Have used it before mixed in alkaline water, that however is rather intense. I would recomend taking it with a meal to avoid indigestion.
