Peter 2/17/2024 8:00:29 AM | Hey Timothy I am well Timothy. Thank you for asking. You have presented two very good questions. First, I would suggest that you take the tart cherry no less than I hour apart from WPS. And, if possible, about twenty minutes before retiring. That should allow adequate time for the tryptofan in the tart cherry to make you sleepy. Second, I don't see any relationship between calories consumed and sleep. I would be more inclined to see radiant (emf) frequencies as likely fueling insomnia for many people lately. I have also been struggling with normal sleep patterns that began with the 5g rollout last year. Hope this helps Peter
Timothy 2/17/2024 8:00:29 AM | Hi Peter, I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. I was hoping to get your expertise on two questions that I had: 1. In regards to the Tart Cherry Juice, is there a particular time that would be ideal to take it in regards to interactions with the other elements of the protocol. If taken before bed, the Vitamin C might interact with the MMS? Also, is there a brand or a recommendation for the cap on the sugar content per 100ml? I came across one with 13 per 100 and wondering if that is on the higher end to what you are taking? 2. I'm waking after a few hours and my sleep isn't as I would like it. First time I don't recall sleep being an issue, but this time I'm experiencing sleep disruption and not getting the amount of deep sleep that would be ideal. I guess it could be a culmination of factors, but sometimes it feels like i'm wired, so switched on, despite feeling the effects of not getting as much sleep as I would like. I'm wondering if it could also be to do with the amount of calories consumed (currently not enough)? God Bless and very much appreciate you. Timothy
