I made nut butter last night with 3 cups of Hazelnuts I had. I'm going to use it to make an almond bread. It took about 20 minutes from scraping and I even took a break in the middle to have dinner. (I read if it is too warm it might need a cooling rest to start coagulating more, but eventually it became a creamy butter. I did roast for 10 min prior, but will not always do that. It was what the recipe I found suggested. Hope you like the pic.
I found the food processor at Goodwill a couple of years ago and it works well. It is a KitchenAid. Hope you like the pic!
