Dear All,
This is a wonderful website. Read, read and read again..as it is true, 'repetition is part of restoration.' Here is a wealth of knowledge, support and advice at your fingertips. The fact that it is all in one place is tremendous.
Take advantage of YEARS of experience. Learn from many others that went down this path before you. Look at the recipes and get inspiration. Look at the testimonials when you are struggling. You are NOT ALONE! Memorise the, 'sum of the parts.' Take your Healing journey step by step.
Laugh at animal videos here, sing songs, absorb scripture, you CAN DO THIS. Repetition is key. At first what seems strange with diet and lifestyle and protocol will become second nature. You will move into a flow and a pace that you can manage.
Speak to Mel for encouragement when you are off track. Come to Saturday Conference Calls and Sunday prayer. You will learn from others, get support and you should not be isolated whilst you go through this Healing journey.
YOU ARE NOT THIS DIS-EASE...remember that always. You have this illness but you can fight it, heal your body, mind and spirit. And you can be Victorious. You need PATIENCE, SELF KINDNESS AND REPITITION. It takes time but it can be done. Just Breathe and know you have got this!
