It's me Dee, Mel's friend in Florida. I just read your itinerary and method to get yourself out
to work in the morning with all your goodies. It sounds like a job in itself but well worth it.
One question. The filtered water you make=are you getting the proper PH of at least 7.5 ?
I am drinking some with a PH of 10 now. Getting the proper PH balance is so important,
I am going to check out that tea you mentioned, I never heard of it.
