LT1985 7/27/2017 11:31:10 PM | Forgot to mention how wonderful "witch hazel" is for scalp - temple - and skin - many folks in this forum have said they used it as part of their healing (I heard about it from someone here back in early 2016 but could not find the post she wrote and can't look anymore - or I would give her credit) but witch hazel is effective stuff. It is an astringent I use(d) TN Dickenson's 100% natural witch hazel - It has 14% "natural grain alcohol" which is the safe stuff and as an astringent it cleans skins and pores without being abrasive or leaving behind Questnable residue ;) |
Chasity 7/21/2017 10:44:44 AM | Good morning everyone , I wanted to let everyone know of a great product I've recently used. It has definitely helped me . It is the 4-IN-1 sugar tea tree soap by Dr Bonners it has the shampoo, body wash, hand soap, along with the tea tree which will definitely help with all of our skin issues. It also has the peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus to choose from. Hope everyone has a great weekend |
LT1985 7/21/2017 12:39:11 AM | Hi Mel - thanks for sharing that informative post - Wanted to chime in and suggest folks use "ethyl" Alcohol and not the isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Walgreens still sells the bottles of ethyl Alcohol (70%) for under 2$ It is also sold online --- And imo- for frequent use -(and per hulda clark) 50 (and 70%) are very potent and effective Anyhow - it seems that the isopropyl is what to avoid while the ethyl alcohol is the much better choice. - Peace |
