Use a rather thick yet rinse able hair product like Shea Moisture masque treatment lather a lot I mean a lot all over you scalp and to the ends.
Put a shower cap on and leave it on 2 or three hours put some on your face too. Then hop in the shower and rinse then use tea tree oil product body wash or shampoo on it, then a silver shampoo. Rinse well then apply conditioner heavily.
Rinse comb out with disinfected comb. Then you will see less and less activity ( movement) and feel so much better!
Eat right, take the protocol too of course and get the supplements if possible.
