7/15/2017 4:36:40 PM | hi Jino - thanks for your reply - I buy dr bronners peppermint soap at Trader Joe's - imo it is the very best mint soap around - but it is sold everywhere a bottle lasts a long time - - And for activated charcoal - I suggest natures way brand capsules - approx seven dollars a bottle on amazon - (only use activated charcoal) you open a capsule and add it to the shampoo of your choice - you can experiment with the amount - I buy activated charcoal in a 2.5 lb bag (amazon) cos we use it for teen facials and it is also good for so many things - Oh and I know some folks who lightly rub the dry charcoal into scalp - then lightly massage coconut oil in - let it sit - then wash off with mint soap - and if the coconut oil made hair Too greasy - just apply some baking soda to hair and scalp - it has a nice countering effect. Thanks again for your reply and it looks like this thread has lots of options and ideas for scalp - and it sometimes help changing up what folks do to keep "attacking" this disease. Hope you have a great day and sending healing wishes to all - be encouraged and take it one day at a time - sometimes one hour at a time - and never give up! ;) |
