Hello, I use Bi Yan Pian, a Chinese herbal formulation. Works well and does not make one sleepy. The Plum Flower brand is good and easy to purchase on Amazon. Good luck, Ellie.

Hi everyone, John, Dale - thanks for your responses. I decided to try a small experiment because I hadn't had these allergies for a long time and they magically cropped up this year. So I started going down the list of what I was doing different this year. I realized that I was eating fresh organic raspberries and black berries. In the past I used to have frozen berries with my smoothie. So I decided to stop these 2 fresh berries for the last 2 days and viola I'm all good now. I know that my body right now doesn't deal with the pollen properly, so when it builds up to a point it can't be handled then I start experiencing the allergies. I think I need to do a nice good detox or if anyone has any other suggestions, please throw them my way. I already do take stinging nettles and quercitin. I've got it in 1 single capsule. John - I had done a urine test and they found 3 types of aspergillus mold in my body. My doctor (holistic) has advised me some supplementation and also getting into the sauna twice a week or so. He has given me minerals and electrolytes to replenish.
