Hi Everyone, I wanted to share something that although not new to some, was new to me. Right after my Happy Dance call in May, we had a full moon and I had a lesion come out on my left cheek. Needless to say, I was upset because I had just announced that I was well and also because I had never experienced reactions to the full moon. After talking to Mel, he assured me that it was "Custer's Last Stand". As always, Mel was right. I did not experience any more symptoms other than that small lesion. It just refused to leave even though I tried coaxing it out the door with everything I had in my usual arsenal of topical treatments. Finally it started to go away with my own immune system fighting it. However, a layer of bio-film remained and although I could cover it up with foundation (Found brand) that was 98% natural, I wanted it gone! So back to trying topical treatments. I tried CBD oil and it seemed to help a little but it wasn't until I found a silver gel ointment at my local store the other day. I had heard that Cheryl and many others had success with it but I hadn't tried it because I had purchased so many things already and I would have had to order it. I wish I would have tried it earlier. That tiny patch of bio-film is drying up and going away. If you haven't tried it, please do so - it is phenomenal!! I also decided that it wouldn't hurt to take 5 drops of WPS daily around the full moon cycle as a precautionary measure. I checked with Mel and he gave me the okay. So even though I was excited to finally be off of the WPS, but taking it for a few days a month is worth insuring my continued health. Will I take WPS forever - probably not. Hi Mary, Forgive me for such a delayed response. Although I am sure the Sovereign Silver Gel is better, the one I purchased was called Silvex. It was in the wound care section of my local Walmart so I thought I would try it. In addition to not having to order and then wait to receive it, I found this particular gel to be relatively inexpensive. If memory serves me right, I believe it was 7.98. So, if you are a little impatient like me, you may want to try Silvex . If not, I'm sure the Sovereign Silver is great. God Bless, Donna | |||
