Hi Kelly -

Thanks for your reply and glad you were able to successfully use it for the weekend - how wonderful.

Maybe you could reuse the bottle to travel with again and add some pre-mixed MMS (WPS)-
Jim humble said he carries a small spray bottle of mms on airplanes and I keep my glass nasal mist of mms in my purse and use it for so many things as I go about.

Anyhow - thanks again for taking the time to reply -
it was nice to read your comment and so glad it all worked out for you

Peace ;)

Hi Lady T-
No worries about judging knowledge and opinions, it's the best thing we can all do. I posted this for people like myself who have to go away and CAN NOT use the NeilMed sinus rinse or a waterpick while staying in a little hotel room with no resources. It definitely helped me for the weekend, but when I got home I returned to my regular protocol. If I had to go away again, I know I can count on it to keep my sinus congestion away with no side effects.

All my best!
Kelly

Hi kelly,
I hope you do not mind me chiming in here-
But I had to say that I personally have issues with xylitol -
In my very humble opinion I believe it is a chemical - and I have read the science behind it and how it passes for natural but it is a chemical and many people have serious GI stress from xylitol (and who knows what else at cell level)
Now the small amount in a nasal spray might "not" seem like much
And glad you found it erffectfve
But I think you would be better off making your own nasal spray
And I think JohnB has a post reply in the forum somewhere on using GSE for sinus cleaning -
With a waterpik (?)

But what makes me nervous (about store books guy sprays) is that these products have to have shelf life stuff added (and peter was just sharing about the tube of aloe Vera he looked at and it had chemicals)
Plus - sadly - most products today are made overseas and come in ready to sell
We are putting a lot of trust out there -
And they can say whatever they want on "what is in it"
Also-
as I am sure you know (with all your layered wisdom)
- organic does not mean chemical free - it means certain practices are followed and certain chemicals were not used -and then things get mixed up - like what if a company said they had stalks that were GMO free but they weren't -
Further
- anytime we use solutions like this - that are stored in bottles - I have now become aware of the leeching from plastics - and ok - they might use stronger plastics to hold up to solutions - but after seeing the subtle way our toxic load builds up - I would never use a nasal spray from a store shelf -

Not where most things are outsourced from china and then even the US plants are not inspected the way they should be -
---
All of this to say (and sorry to ramble - I just have some time to share and want to keep it cycling as we all learn from each other on this baffling affliction)
And so
All this to say....
that I think the best way to go is to make an MMS (WPS) rinse
- or to use the MMS as part of your routine -
And to be very careful with OTC stuff....

I bought these cheap glass bottles from a Mormon company in Utah - (think it was get oil supplies) and last minute like I added in some of the nasal mist tops -
They sat for months until one day I decided to make an MMS sinus rinse -(I will share more of my sinus story later - because yowza! I learned a lot and made a mistake or two)
Anyhow -
In hind sight - I think that the safest thing to use is MMS
- and some activated charcoal and to clean the inside of nose
(And salt - wonderful salt - and natural things like eo, turmeric, GSE - (tho I never used GSE for sinus)
-
for about a full week I lightly applied activated charcoal to the inside of nose - would then blow and clean it - and then would mist with the faint solution of MMS
(This little nose mister was also great for hairline and the air)

And then I'd use coconut oil right inside nose - sometimes mixed with charcoal - sometimes not
Sometimes before sleep - I'd use some castor oil -
safely lubed the sinus -
-
Anyhow - I hope this comes across in the right way because I would never want to slam someone's tip.
But xylitol is a deceptive product that makes me mad -
And then I also have Hulda Clark ringing in my mind (in one of her books she talks about an accident at a factory where they spiled stuff and swept it up and used it anyway )
And so with an area as precious as our nose -I don't like store bought sprays - and diluted MMS is my number one suggestion - and often during day if needed -
-
Peace and healing to you (and all)
<3
