Hi Jamie and Donald,

I also purchased this nifty exfoliator...I like it a lot!

I prefer it over the poof-style sponge I had been using..

this is more of a massage tool--gets the blood flowing, but
is gentle on the skin.

I use it from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
