I stopped taking mms for about a month now I am starting to get worse. Feeling anxiety, very restless, no sleep. I am hoping sleep advanced can help |
Nan 9/15/2016 12:20:29 AM MST | Hi Gale, Per the internet Low Magnesium Symptoms: Leg Cramps, Muscle Spasms, Insomnia. The protocol has some magnesium. I added dark leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, avocados in large salad every day and added fish once a week to my diet...all contain magnesium. Also, I did short 10 minute walks daily outside for sun, took the stairs when possible, and did chair yoga (see Youtube for different classes) at least once a week to clear my system and stretch my legs. The cramps went away pretty quickly. I am guessing about a month or so. I still eat that salad almost every day. It has been 3 years. I add other goodies to it to change things up. I feel off if do not eat my greens. I feel great now. I am bike riding 4 or 5 miles 3 times a week and yoga 2 times a week. I started with chair yoga since my environment gave me the creeps when I was sick. I finally can go on the floor doing yoga...I get so happy with these little life moments.
