| With 2 little kids and a busy husband here, it seems I can never keep up with the laundry and cleaning. I definitely haven't been getting enough sleep. What would you all say are absolute musts for those days that I can't get everything done? I think I need to prioritize sufficient sleep for healing and energy so some house work will have to be sacrificed.
Also, how can I get more energy without coffee and other stimulants like chocolate??
Note, financially my family can't afford the full protocol just yet:(

| Lady T, I am so sorry it looks like i didn't respond here! I think i did respond to this post with a response to another post on another thread. Anyways, again, thank you-- so encouraging and helpful! I can't keep up with this forum all the time, but I hope that you are still posting and would love to keep in touch and read your books:)
Kash, there is lots of great advice here. Personally, i prioritize laundry and vacuuming. I use Kleen Green in between washes for sheets as my life is to crazy to wash sheets for 5 different beds every night! Others may have different advice.
