Dear Kipp, Loved reading your update! You and Dodie are so inspiring to me!! Absolutely love your attitudes!! Keep on keeping on!! With God and Mel, we will conquer it!! I start off with pretty warm water and gradually go to solid cold. I always rinse my head first with cold, bent over and get my head, shoulders, and chest use to the cold before the rest of my body. It works pretty well. My final rinse is always cold. I turn the air off in the house 30 min. before showering, it helps. Tell Dodie I said Hi !! Y'all can call me sometime if you want to. Dear Kipp, I am sorry that you and Dodie have toxic disease:-(. And I sure know what a hugely difficult journey this is. Sometimes it brings us all to our knees (and then some!!!). At such times, we have to use every single bit of strength that we can find inside us to push on. But push on... We do!!!! Mel has often said that this disease ain't for the fainthearted!!! It sure isn't. We do need HERCULEAN strength at times to survive the tough times. Thank God and thank Mel re this group that we are all no longer alone in fighting this!!! It is great that you and Dodie are part of the Prayer group on a Sunday. I hear your strength, both of you, as you fight this and I know you will both ABSOLUTELY get through this. I know it, because you are both determined, you both have that fighting spirit. And with God's help and Mels and the community, hey just wait better times will come:-). All I can say is hang on in there. There are days when we all want to curl up into a ball and disappear. Thats OK as long as we come out of it stronger and more determined than ever. Good Morning All. This is Kipp with a quick update. My wife and I are being healed from a few toxic diseases. We continue to have better days along with some tough moments. We will continue the Sum of the Parts for as long as it takes! Dodie and I are so grateful we are able to get coaching from Mel. We are happy to pass along a little cash his way and hope you would consider doing the same. We pray that God guides us every moment of the day. I personally had a rough weekend fighting some depression. I stayed close to God every step of the way. Last night I didn’t really feel like taking a shower but got off my butt and went for it. I grabbed my sulfur soap and did a light scrubbing using on my hair and everything and finished off with one minute of freezing cold water!!! I got out of the shower a new man. I felt great physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I felt like jumping into my jeep and climbing onto a BAR (Big A$% Rock) on top of mountain and thanking God. A great night. Stay tough. Good times are coming!!! | ||||||
