| It’s a good day! I’ve been standing more. No longer nervous of getting up. Always a lesson to slow down and check in with self. Lots of prayer and gratitude are definitely needed.
I feel so good I made a very simple snack for myself. I love food so anything I make right now is easy.
Melted about half stick of Kerry Gold butter, lots of pepper and roasted brussel sprouts in garlic (was already prepared). Mixed in cauliflower penne until it was coated. At end added 2 pinches of crushed red pepper and salt.
It’s very simple. Tasted so good because I cooked for first time in years.
Made another breakfast with buckwheat oats. Need to modify before raving about it.
So 2 meals, actually snacks, today. All from wheelchair. And feeling great!
